As Owners Agents we act as representatives for the ship’s owner or directly for the vessel protecting the owner’s interests throughout port call. We know well the local requirements, both from the authorities and the ports or terminals.

We are ready to assist Owners in coordinating supplies, repairs, emergencies, cash to master services, issuance and renewal of certificates and others, including crew / ship requirements.

• Daily Port Line Up,
• Diligent remittance of PDAs;
• Port and Terminal information,
• Updates on port congestion and berthing prospects,
• Coordination and communications,
• Accurate and concise reports (pre arrival, daily report, etc);
• Mature and professional relationship with authorities, guided by robust Compliance policies;
• Extensive knowledge of local Legislation and the Modus Operandi of the authorities involved in the clearance of the ship;
